Stephanie is the VP of Execution and oversees XO Health’s master strategy and activities, working across the organization to help identify and solve interdependencies and working with the executive team to ensure alignment.

Stephanie has an extensive history in client support and strategic services through her work in sales and account management for Anthem National Accounts. Having spent her entire career serving employer groups, she has a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique needs of XO Health’s clients and is dedicated to delivering an unmatched customer experience.

She understands that healthcare is truly personal for each of the members that XO Health has the opportunity to serve and is energized by the opportunity to work with a team that is focused on aligning stakeholders to simplify and improve the healthcare experience at every step.
