Jeremy Berk is SVP of Risk Solutions at XO Health, where he is focused on building out the risk and financial strategy across employers and providers. He takes ownership of pricing and the P&L for XO Health’s Risk Solutions, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering high-value, best-in-class solutions.

Jeremy is a seasoned healthcare professional with a diverse background, having worked for both Value-Based Care providers, including PopHealthCare and Firefly Health, and innovative payers such as Senior Whole Health (acquired by Magellan). His experience spans key functions, from Finance to Operations, Medical Economics, and Product Strategy.

Jeremy is excited to use his expertise in aligning and optimizing financial incentives across payers, providers, and employers to help shape the future of healthcare.
