Caroline Ritter is the SVP of Program Management Office (PMO) at XO Health, overseeing the development and implementation of thorough project management strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing rigorous methodologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and serving as a primary liaison to ensure XO Health’s readiness for launch with seamless integration and optimal functionality. 

Caroline is a results-oriented technology leader specializing in driving transformative initiatives and leading large-scale programs across various domains including cybersecurity, data privacy, GDPR, and organizational controls, with industry experience in healthcare, AI research, fintech, and marketing services. Over nearly two decades at Cigna Healthcare, she served in a range of leadership positions, including playing a pivotal role in implementing Cigna’s post-COVID return-to-office initiative, ensuring workforce safety and satisfaction during the pandemic, leading agile transformations, championing data privacy and security, and orchestrating a successful migration to cloud-based environments. 

After many years working in health insurance and as a consumer of health services, Caroline is excited by the mission to simplify the health experience for all. Building a health plan from the ground up provides us with the unique opportunity to combine our years of experience with today’s innovation, resulting in higher value and lower costs.
